01 Challenge
Copia's mission was "simple", how can we create a brand that is modern, bright, and fresh in an industry dominated by traditional themes. They wanted to hit the ground running, with the brand making the best first impression possible while reflecting their mission and philosophy.
02 Solution
As usual with branding endeavors, we needed to identify who Copia was at its core. Their mission statement was already crafted, so we had a solid entry point "At The Copia Group, we believe that opportunity abounds, and that full inclusion generates the greatest long-term value - for both our clients and our communities".
With this in mind, we got to work on the logo. We ultimately landed on a soft re-design of the logo they had already drafted with a previous team. The logo represented who, what, and why they were with each ring representing their internal mission and philosophy.
With the core brand completed, we needed to craft the website as an extension of this vision. Doing so, we knew that we needed to incorporate the logo as much as possible as it was the driving force behind everything. As the design evolved, we realized that it couldn't be static which led us to having it (excluding the core logo) rotate as the user scrolls up/down the page.
To close the design, we fell back on our early conversations noting that the overall look and feel should be clean, simple yet impactful. We feel that every page of this design reflects this goal.
